Shipping policy
1. Delivery timing
Regular items are normally dispatched within two business days after an order is placed. Dispatch timing may vary depending on when payment is completed. For estimated delivery times within Japan, please refer to Yamato Transport (external website).
For overseas customers using Buyee, delivery-time estimates are available in Buyee's shipping-method guide (external website). For questions, please refer to the Buyee help desk (external website).
Pre-order items are dispatched after they arrive in stock. Please check the relevant product page for the expected schedule.
2. Dispatch
Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. on a business day may be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. are dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
3. Convenience-store payment and bank transfer (customers in Japan)
Orders paid by convenience-store payment or bank transfer are dispatched after payment is received. If you request a delivery date, please complete payment on the order date.

Shipping: JPY 880 including tax for Honshu, Kyushu, Hokkaido and Shikoku / JPY 2,100 including tax for Okinawa and remote islands.
Convenience-store payment fee (KOMOJU): JPY 190.
