Refund policy


We do not accept returns of merchandise for any customer's own reason. If you have any questions about the product specifications or color, please contact us before purchasing.

In case you received faulty product:
Please be sure to check for any discrepancies with your order and for any defects in the product upon arrival. If there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you find a defective item and wish to return it, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery via e-mail or contact form.

The conditions for returning an item are as follows:
・Within 5 days of receipt of the item (unless otherwise stipulated by the manufacturer's warranty or law for products with problems or defects)
・Trying on indoors only
・The item must be complete with delivery note, wrapping paper, box, tags and accessories (please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the tags or accessories are detached from the item).
・Only when there is no significant change in the condition of the product or its exterior box.



    Credit Card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, AliPay (支付宝), and PayPay :

    The refund will be made to your payment account after we inspect the returned items. Please note that it may take some time for the refund status to be reflected depending on the payment service you are using.

    Convenience Store /Bank Transfer payments (Japanese Customer Only):

    Refund will be made to the bank account.


    All transaction made through this website shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
    We and customer agree that any dispute arising from and/or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Tokyo, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of The Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
