Q. I want to check the actual products.

You can try all products at our showroom/store "BIÉDE MINAMIAOYAMA".

Q. I want to know the actual color of the product.

All product photos on the website are adjusted to match the real colors; colors may appear differently depending on the display settings of your monitor or smartphone. Please note that the leather surface may have slight uneven coloration depending on the light, but this is not a defect.


Q.Is international shipping available?

For China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea: We ship overseas by SF EXPRESS.

Q. When will the out-of-stock items be restocked?

Some sold-out items are scheduled to be restocked, while others are not. Please note that we do not hold on to items.

Returns and Exchanges

In principle, we do not accept returns. Please see our Refund Policy for details.


Q. I did not receive an order confirmation email.

After your order is completed, an order confirmation e-mail is usually sent automatically to your registered e-mail address within a few minutes. If you do not receive the e-mail, the reasons may be as follows:

・The email has been sorted into the spam folder.
If you are using docomo, ezweb, au, softbank communication carrier mail or icloud, please confirm your e-mail address.
・store@biede.jp e-mail is blocked from your mail server.
This case may occur if you are using hotmail or live mail. If you receive two or more order confirmation e-mails with the same content, it is possible that your order is duplicated. If this is the case, please contact us using the Contact Us form with your order number.
